    Inspiration, Creativity and Innovation


    When you have been in the same routine for a while, I find it quite difficult to remain creative and innovative. I went to a conference last week where Jo Malone (the founder of Jo Malone and Jo Loves) explained that it apparently takes 21 days of inspiration to come up with a new wave of creativity. She also mentioned that she can visualize what a smell looks like, which is why she has also been so successful at creating perfumes for more than 30 years! For me, it starts with a song or an image.
